The Ros family takes great care over the quality of the dishes served in the Hotel Las Vegas restaurant, carefully selecting the products and composing the daily menus.

Among other things, you will find many fish specialities, a very important ingredient of the Upper Adriatic culinary tradition, and a generous buffet with a variety of breads, appetisers, and cooked and raw vegetables.
We thought of everything
For the little ones we offer baby food, vegetable purees and creams prepared fresh daily by our chefs.
Our fruit and vegetables are “zero distance” and are produced by local farmers (Cooperativa agricola di Bibione) while our fish, when feasible, comes directly from the nearby lagoons
We are pleased to offer Acqua Alma, our choice of mineral water, included with meals.
With our plastic-free commitment, we use glass bottles, thus contributing to the reduction of plastic and the environment.
