The Ros Family cares deeply for the quality of the dishes served in the restaurant of the Hotel Las Vegas, treating carefully the choice of products and the composition of the menus offered daily.
The breakfast is rich and cared for and in our buffet, in addition to traditional products, you will find homemade cakes and lots of fresh fruit. For those seeking to start the day in a lighter way, they can enjoy the convenience of the organic and light corner, with dried fruit, biscuits, dietary jams and a variety of cereals.
At the restaurant, then you can taste the typical dishes of the local tradition prepared by our talented chefs. Among the various proposals of the day, you will always find at least one specialty seafood, important ingredient of the culinary tradition of the Northern Adriatic, and a rich buffet with various breads, starters, cooked and raw vegetables. In addition, our proposals include always a light menu and a menu for baby and children, and available to mothers there is a baby food area with baby food, vegetable purees and creams.
Upon request, our chefs are available to prepare personalized menus for vegetarians and for people with food intolerances.
Our fruits and vegetables are "0 km" and produced by local farmers (Agricultural Cooperative of Bibione) while our fish, wherever possible, comes directly from the nearby lagoons.
During the day or after dinner enjoy a drink or a cocktail in our outdoor terrace. Here you can relax, read a book, sit comfortably in the shade and enjoy the tasty drink prepared by our barman, accompanied by many delicious snacks. Also, just on the outdoor terrace we organize many evening entertainment activities such as theater, music and dance evenings and fun theme parties.
